eBP SOA services now available for developers

The Resolutions/ eBay Buyer Protection (eBP) team is excited to announce the completion of the three-phased approach to delivering a better seller experience via eBP SOA Services for our Business and Enterprise sellers who manage and resolve eBP claims.  Now eBay developers can start using them to build tools for sellers to manage and respond to eBP cases.

By incorporating these eBP SOA services into their tools, our partners and developers will enable their sellers to be more efficient and responsive to the Item Not Received (INR) and Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) issues that their buyers report to eBay.  This will help sellers to meet or exceed eBay’s seller performance standards (and possibly be included in eBay’s Top-rated seller program) as case resolution is now a criterion in the overall performance.  Our buyers, likewise, will benefit from a getting a faster and desired resolution of their issues and thereby increase our Buyer NPS score even further.
