As of early August, eBay will be introducing Pre-Filled Item Information in multiple categories within Consumer Electronics, Computers and Networking, Cameras and Photo, Home and Garden and Baby categories.  The full list of categories is listed below for your reference.

Pre-Filled Item Information is a feature that enables sellers to easily add product information such as brand, model, color, and in some cases, a stock photo, to their listings by using a product ID. (To find a product ID, sellers search an eBay catalog by using keywords like Brand, Product Type, or Model.)  Buyers find this additional product information very helpful as they shop on eBay.
