New eBay SOAP Documentation

For developers using the SOAP API and Java SDK, we've just released a new documentation system to compliment our existing API Guide. Similar to JavaDoc, you can now browse a cross-referenced version of our WSDL to quickly locate different method calls, types, and namespaces. Everything is also annotated, so there's a short description explaining each parameter. These files will be updated with each release, so you don't need to worry about them going out of date.
