The promotion will start Tuesday, August 10th, 2004 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) and end on Wednesday, August 11th, 2004 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). Listings created prior to August 10th, 2004 and scheduled to start during the promotional period (August 10-11, 2004) will be eligible for the promotional rate. Take advantage of this promotion to use Home Page Featured, Featured Plus!, Highlight, Bold, and Subtitle with all your listings for added visibility and to attract more buyers.

During the Great Summer Sale:

For Auction-style, Fixed Price, Ad Format (for those that will run for less than or equal to 30 days), and Motors non-vehicles listings, the fees for Home Page Featured, Featured Plus!, Highlight, Bold, and Subtitle will be 50% off. This promotion will not apply to the following types of listings: eBay Motors vehicles, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, and Stores Inventory listings.

All other fees (including Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees, such as Border, Buy It Now, Gallery Featured, Listing Designer, Gift Services, Reserve, extended duration insertion fees, etc.) will still be charged. The promotional rate does not apply to listings which start prior to August 10th, 2004 or those listings which are revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period (August 10-11, 2004) that are scheduled to start after the promotion ends.
